Yorkshire CPF Conference votes overwhelmingly for a Party Chairman elected by the members

Speaking on the motion "That This House believes that the Conservative Party Chairman should be elected by the members" The motion was carried by an overwhelming majority. Out of 110 attendance only 28 voted against.
This was a brilliant conference with motions for debate and discussion, participation and involvement. A superb example for the rest of the Conservative Party. This should be how the Party Conference is organised. Congratulations to everyone involved.
